Dallas-based TDIndustries has acquired JBS Mechanical in Phoenix, Arizona as part of the firm’s overall growth strategy in the state. The $2.2 million acquisition is the result of an extensive search conducted by TDIndustries over the past year.

Governor Rick Perry visited the TDIndustries Houston office to speak about job creation and the his State Tax Credit for employers who promote continuing education.  Gov. Perry chose this location for his speech because of TDIndustries Houston President Graham Moore and his participation in the Center of Houston’s Future Leadership Forum.

The Houston Airport System (HAS) represents the eighth-busiest airport system in the U.S. More than 50 million passengers travel through HAS’s three major airports annually. HAS operates a 22,800-ton chiller plant powered by steam and electricity to support this system.
