Design Assisted Delivery of Homeless-Transformation Campus Construction

In 2008 TDIndustres performed Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) work on a seven-building complex to produce a high-quality homeless transformation facility.

TD's early involvement and expertise in programming and building design resulted in the ability to:

• Participate in design meetings and offer suggestions on how to reduce overall costs
• Perform work on five different buildings simultaneously with different systems
• Schedule multiple crews to ensure schedule compliance
• Reduce change orders in the field to minimize construction delays
