Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Tenant Improvements

TD was hired to complete more than $2 million of MEP tenant improvements at the Houston Heights facility.  TD’s biggest challenge on the project was having only four months from the letter of intent to substantial completion for the job.

TD leveraged its industry leading expertise to tackle this large job by effectively scheduling manpower for equipment installation to meet strict installation deadlines. As a result, TD was able to beat the project's schedule!
