Gables Park 17 and 17Seventeen McKinney

TDIndustries was engaged to work on both the residential and office towers:
• 15 air handling units for the office tower
• 296 HVAC units in the residential common areas and living spaces
• Numerous controls, monitoring and commissioning systems that far exceed typical building applications

TD designed and implemented the following:
• Enhanced commissioning by training the facilities management team;
• EnhancedrRefrigerant management
• Outdoor air delivery monitoring
• Increased ventilation by installing a Building Management System (BMS) with the HVAC system
• Construction Indoor Air Quality Management Plan

These implementations and enhancements led 17Seventeen McKinney to become Dallas' FIRST high-rise project to be pre-certified LEED-gold and led to LEED-Certification for the Gables 17 Residential Tower.
