As part of its mission and vision of having a state-of-the-art performance theatre, the leaders of Casa Manana realized they needed to update their facility’s HVAC systems. The TD team was able to complete the replacement of the chilled water system, condenser water system, boiler, and a controls upgrade within 3 weeks of engagement.


TDIndustries utilized its owner solutions group to:

• Provide an overall financial, technical and legal solution that would save the owner enough money in future utility costs to offset the cost of the installation.

• Perform a historical utility bill audit and evaluate existing equipment efficiencies in order to identify future savings opportunities.

• Select new equipment based upon necessary updated performance requirements.

• Provide TD’s engineering group with specifications to create design documents used for the Design/Build construction project.
