Ductwork & Tenant Finish-Out – Publicis (Plano, TX)

TDIndustries performed a tenant finish-out of a 60,170-square-foot shell space for Publicis at the
Shops at Legacy in Plano, Texas. TD’s total budget of $600,000 included ductwork, terminal boxes, an exhaust fan and three restrooms.

TD was required to:
• Install more than 45,000 lbs. of prefab ductwork
• Ensure that the ductwork, much of which would be exposed, was 90 percent straight and clean
• Complete the job within a tight 10-week time frame
