Mechanical System - The Joule Hotel (Dallas, Texas)

Located in the heart of the city, this large mechanical system included the complete renovation of a 20-story office building and new, ground-up 12-story construction. Upon completion, the historic Dallas National Bank, circa 1927, would be restored and converted into a five-star boutique hotel. This project won local and national ABC Excellence in Construction awards.
