HVAC and Control System - Texas Governor's Mansion (Austin, Texas)

Replacement of the total system for heating and cooling water‚ domestic water and an extensive amount of the air distribution system. Work was performed in both the Governor’s Mansion and adjacent Carriage House. Added variable speed drives‚ sound attenuators‚ air flow monitoring stations‚ a humidifier and a new control system. A very fast paced project done around the Governor/President Elect’s schedule and the circumstances of working in a historic site.
