H-E-B acts as the general contractor on many of their stores and has high standards for quality. Aguirre Roden, Inc., a well-respected A/E/C firm, teamed with TDIndustries, and, together, Aguirre Roden and TDIndustries served as the subcontractors that H-E-B hired to design and install the mechanical and plumbing systems for the H-E-B Burleson project.

Construction began on the new Burleson grocery store in March 2010. Located on 26 acres at the intersection of FM 731 and SH 174, the project entails:

• A 100,000 square-foot structure,
• 180 tons of conditioned air, multiple fans, multiple kitchen hoods,
• A/C split systems,
• Computer room AC units, and
• Fresh-air intake unit and ductwork.

In addition, TD was tasked with the design and installation of all domestic water systems, underground and combination drain waste and vent systems, condensate and piping.
