TD’s Teams Meet the Challenges of a Complex Conversion

Set in the epicenter of downtown Dallas, 400 North Ervay, represents an excellent example of historic preservation and adaptive reuse.  While preserving the building’s original design integrity, the iconic U.S. Post Office and Courthouse was transformed into a mixed-use project with 78 apartments, two special events areas, a roof-top terrace garden, theater, retail  and post office.
