Digital Realty Seeks Construction Partner Quality 2.25 MW Data Center

Digital Realty Trust is a wholesale data center provider for tenants in multiple industries. They wanted to deliver a 2.25 megawatt high-level quality mission critical data center to their client within 21 weeks of construction start date.

Delivering precise information during design and staying focused on manpower and system installation enabled TD to meet the critical nature of this project. Mechanical installations included:

• Chilled water CRAC units to satisfy 14,000 SF of white space and an electrical room
• Humidification system
• Chilled water pipe with over 8,000 gallon capacity
• N+1 air-cooled chiller plant
• HVAC primary pumps and N+1 secondary pumps
