LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, a $12 million, 35,000 square foot entertainment and education venue, was looking to transform an existing space in just seven months.

TDIndustries utilized a light Building Information Modeling (BIM) process and was able to provide:

• Adequate manpower to meet critical scheduling deadlines
• Additional service group personnel to respond to emergencies during construction
• Life cycle solutions through TD’s service group
• Constant communication to ensure that all trades and design teams were on the same page
