Mike Fitzpatrick

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Tenure: 26 years with TD.

Position: Heads the Professional Services Team (Finance, Payroll, Credit and Contracts, Accounting, Job Cost, Accounts Payable, Information Services and Internal Audit).

Education: BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, MBA from SMU.

Licensed: CPA and CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional) designation. Has taken extensive Spanish language classes in order to conduct the Benefits Orientations in Spanish.

Civic and Community Service: Mike serves on the board of the Valwood Improvement Authority, is active in CFMA, his church and other professional societies.

John R. Ferguson

Director

Tenure: 42 years with TD.

Position: Former Executive Vice President of TD and previous Business Unit Manager of TD's Multifamily Construction Group, now serves as TD's in house Leadership Trainer and Facilitator.

Education: BBA, Engineering Route to Business from the University of Texas; Executive Program for Smaller Companies at Stanford Graduate School and Certified Instructor in several courses taught at TD.

Licensed: Master Plumber and Air Conditioning Contractor.

Civic and Community Service: Bob is active in the Dallas business community, The Salesmanship Club, Boy Scouts and serves on the Boards of Presbyterian Hospital, Dallas County Community College District, Goodwill and others.

Noel Garza

Director

Tenure: Noel joined TD’s board in 2009.

Position: Currently leads Marathon Oil Company’s energy efficiency and carbon strategy special projects group.

Education: BS in Natural Gas Engineering from Texas A&I University, Kingsville, TX.

Experience: As a result of his 27 years at Marathon Oil in various positions, Noel brings proven leadership skills, industrial experience, connections in Houston and expertise in sustainability to TD's Board.

Civic and Community Service: Board member for the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and INROADS, a non profit organization providing internships for minority college students.

Ben Houston

Director

Tenure: 49 years with TD. Position: Former President and Chief Operating Officer of TDIndustries. Now serving TD as an internal advisor to business units and teaching mechanical and leadership classes. Before TD, US Navy Officer Building in Naples, Italy.

Education: BSME UT, MS Engineering SMU.

Licenses: Professional Engineer; Air Conditioning, Master Plumber and Electrician; Certified Demand Side Manager.

Boards: Ben serves on SSR Consulting Engineers, Nashville; PPC Partners Electrical Contractors, Milwaukee; Camp Grady Spruce; and TEXO, The Construction Association.

Civic and Community Service: Ben is active in The Salesmanship Club and in the Associated Builders and Contractors National and Regional Associations. He is also on the advisory boards for UNT, School of Community Service and UT Mechanical Engineering.

Rod Johannsen

Transitioning from President, North Texas Construction to Executive Vice President, Director

Tenure: 24 years with TD.

Position: Currently transitioning from President, North Texas Construction to part time Executive Vice President, Director. Rod is a member of the Senior Managers and Leadership Council.

Education: Northwest Missouri State University; Executive MBA short courses at Harvard and Stanford; TDIndustries Leadership Courses; Greenleaf Servant Leadership Conferences and Dale Carnegie Leadership Training.

Licensed: Texas Air Conditioning and Electrical; Iowa HVAC & Electrical Contractor (previously); also licensed Commercial Pilot.

Civic and Community: Rod is an active member of TEXO (NTX ABC and AGC), and currently serves on the TEXO board; is a Past Chairman of the Construction Education Foundation (CEF), and past Board member of the Hidden Valley Airpark Home Owners Association and others.

Jack Lowe

TDIndustries Board Chair

Tenure: 45 years with TD.

Position: Board Chair, former CEO.

Education: BA (Magna cum Laude) and BSEE, Rice University, Houston.

Experience: Served 2 years in the U.S. Navy assigned to the Manned Space Center in Houston. Joined TDIndustries in 1964 and continued to build on his father's philosophy of Servant Leadership, integrity, trust and employee ownership.

Board of Directors: Currently serves on the boards of Zale Corporation (Chairman), Drew Industries and KDC. Civic and Community Service: Dallas Independent School District, Board of Trustees. Jack is a regular speaker at business groups and colleges on building organizational leadership, servant leadership and quality. He's also been featured in a number of articles and books.

Harold MacDowell

Chief Executive Officer, Director

Tenure: 25 years with TD.

Position: Chief Executive Officer.

Education: BS Engineering Management from SMU.

Career: Joined TDIndustries in 1985 as an assistant project manager. In 1988, he was asked to lead the interior construction group and in 1989 was made Vice President. In 1992, Harold was given the opportunity to lead TDIndustries' service operations in Dallas and Fort Worth. In 1996, he was also given responsibility of three of TD's branch offices in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. He also assisted in the new business start ups of Facilities Management and the Phoenix branch. On January 1, 2005, Harold became the third CEO of TDIndustries, filling the slot of Jack Lowe.

Board of Directors: Currently serves on the board of the Greater Dallas Chamber. Harold formerly served on the QUOIN AGC Board and as Chairman of the Board for the Construction Education Foundation.

Civic and Community Service: Dallas Citizen's Council, SMU School of Engineering Executive Advisory Board and United Way of Greater Dallas Board Member. Harold also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Parish Episcopal School.

Dora Ann Verde

Director

Tenure: Dora joined TD's Board in February of 2008 and is Chair of the Audit Committee.

Position: Chief of Internal Audit, San Antonio Water System (SAWS).

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration from UT, San Antonio 1978.

Licensed: CPA. Career: In her recent position at SAWS oversees the internal audit function for a $500 million operating budget and a $250 million construction budget. She also has twenty nine years of accounting, auditing and consulting experience. Her prior career as a partner in a public accounting firm resulted in a knowledge of the operation of the accounting and other administrative departments of various business entities, including state agencies, municipalities, school districts, utilities, transit authorities, and nonprofit organizations.

Civic and Community Service: Board Chair, Texas Public Radio for San Antonio and the Hill Country; Board Chair, Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation; and Member Board of Governors, Institute of Internal Auditors, San Antonio Chapter.
