Manufacturing

One of TD’s most innovative solutions is prefab materials. They accelerate the delivery of the process to increase accuracy of materials, control cost and ensure timely installation. Pre-assembled configurations also save down-time and remedy unforeseen issues like fabrication misfits, factory snafus, and a variety of other factors that affect schedule.

TD is committed to improving overall customer value, which is evident in our implementation of LEAN manufacturing. This school of thought believes in the elimination of resources that don’t otherwise benefit your project. So you get more value with less work.

What this means for you is that LEAN manufacturing drives costs out of manufacturing. For instance, we start by providing assigned system components to specific areas of the jobsite.
