Saying you act with the customer in mind is one thing. Demonstrating top-notch service in every action is an entirely different thing.

John Bonner is a Central Plant Operator and Maintenance Technician in Houston, working in our Facility Management Services division. His site is the George R. Brown Convention Center, where John ensures that all aspects of the convention center’s mechanical systems are up and running. Our customer, Houston First Corporation (HFC), recently recognized John for being a shining example of their “Five Set Standard” client service program.

"I enjoy working at the George R. Brown Convention

Center and do whatever I can to help..."

The program was created by HFC to establish a template for behavior and protocol associated with daily interactions between onsite staff members (including resident contractors like TDIndustries) and clients who utilize the venue for scheduled events.

John’s recognition affirms HFC’s friendly client-first approach that uses communication and swift response to ensure all client events are successful.

“I enjoy working at the George R. Brown Convention Center and do whatever I can to help,” John says.

Not only does John demonstrate TD’s Servant Leadership attitude, but he’s also a champion of the “Five Set Standard.” Well done, John!
