TD Offers Extra Protection Against Coronavirus Outbreak

During times of uncertainty, it is important to consider the added resources offered by your on-demand service provider.

As an industry leader, TDIndustries has taken immediate proactive steps to ensure the safety and cleanliness of facilities it services regularly.

To mitigate the risk of harmful airborne pathogens and reduce exposure, TD is equipping all service technicians with Nu-Calgon Evap-Fresh No Rinse, a spray-on disinfectant evaporator coil cleaner for HVAC units.

This specialty cleaner will be included in all Planned Maintenance inspections for the next three months at no additional cost to current customers, contingent that the evaporator coils are accessible and with customer approval. Due to high demand, product availability may vary by location. Please contact your TD representative for up-to-date information. In addition to disinfecting evaporator coils, TD is offering a steam coil cleaning service and will add ultraviolet lighting to any system for an additional cost.

According to the Nu-Calgon products website, “Evap-Fresh is a ready-to-use, non-abrasive, one-step cleaner and disinfectant for evaporator coils in small air conditioners, commercial air handling equipment, HVAC cooling coils and refrigeration equipment. It is the first product of its kind in the industry to receive EPA registration for such claims.”
