TDIndustries recently joined the Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program. This program helps soldiers prepare for post-enlistment careers by connecting them with potential employers.
Military personnel are guaranteed interviews with up to five companies of their choosing after leaving the Army. TDIndustries has agreed to become one of these companies – partly because of the value it sees in hiring well-trained veterans.
“The experience you bring back is what makes TD a great place to work,” Vice President of Manufacturing Wesley Baker said during the ceremony.
More than 70 Partners, guests, dignitaries, and military personnel attended the signing ceremony.

The qualities practiced while in military service – leadership, teamwork, strong work ethic, dedication and others – enhance the TD community.
TD sees the innate value of hiring some of the 200,000 service members transitioning to civilian life each year. We actively help these veterans translate their military expertise to their occupation and career path.
