James Venegas

Senior Vice President

James is responsible for overseeing all of Houston Facilities and Service. A New Orleans native, James joined TD in 2006 as a Project Manager on the Houston Airport Facility project. Prior to joining TD, James had 20 years of industrial facilities experience. During his time with TD, he has consistently grown his career and his business units. Within a few years of his hire, James was promoted to the leadership of all Houston Facilities Management division, and in 2013, he was promoted to VP of Facilities. In 2017, Houston Facilities and Service merged into an Owner Direct business and James was given additional Leadership responsibilities to include the Service Division. In 2019, he was promoted to his Senior VP role.

James holds licenses in 1st Class Internal Combustion Engineers, 1st Class Air Conditioning, 1st Class Steam Turbine, 1st Class Boilers, 1st Class Refrigeration, Class A Contractors; certifications from York Factory Chiller, York Factory Contractor and a Universal CFC Certification. James also holds a Facilities Manager of the Year award.
