Lauren joined TD in 2014 as a Process Improvement Specialist and quickly became the go-to person for initiatives utilizing Lean methodology. She served in TD's Manufacturing division as Director and Vice President, as well as Dallas Service. In 2022, Lauren was named Executive Vice President of Austin and Dallas Service. Additionally, she is a member of TD's Executive Leadership Team and leads for Service Executive Council. She previously worked for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in various management roles. Lauren is on the Board of Directors for Metrocrest Services.
Graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
