    Foreman I - Piping

    Supervises, completes job planning, coordinates, inspects and performs the assembly, installation and repair of components, subsystems and systems for the piping trade during the construction, tenant finish-out or remodel of commercial buildings and industrial facilities while leading a minimum size crew of 2-10 including leadmen, journeymen and apprentices.

    Foreman I - Plumbing

    Foreman I - Sheet Metal

    Journeyman - Pipefitter

    Have the ability and experience to perform layout per direction of a leadman, foreman, and or supervisor, Ability to assemble, install and repair piping systems. Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, and industrial processing systems. Responsible to test all systems.

    Journeyman - Pipefitter/Welder

    Must have a current certificate or the ability to test and pass a 6g welding test. Have the ability and experience to perform layout per direction of a leadman, foreman, and or supervisor, Ability to assembly, installation and repair of piping systems. Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, and industrial processing systems. Responsible to test all systems.

    Journeyman - Plumbing

    Have the ability and experience to perform layout per direction of a leadman, foreman, and or supervisor to assemble, installs and repairs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, plumbing fixtures and equipment, domestic water, gas, process piping, sanitary waste & vent, storm drainage systems. Responsible to test all systems.

    Journeyman - Sheet Metal

    Have the ability and experience to assemble, install and repair HVAC systems. Installs these systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, air handling equipment, control boxes, air conditioning ducts, grease ducts and hoods, ventilators, grills and louvers or other sheet metal products and equipment. Responsible to test all systems.

    Pipefitter Apprentice I

    Assists with layout, assembly and installation of plumbing systems. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, piping systems, fixtures and equipment for heating, cooling, gas, steam, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems. Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

    Plumbing Apprentice I

    Assists with the layout, assembly and installation of plumbing systems. These systems may consist of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems. Works with various types of materials, tools and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

    Sheet Metal Apprentice I

    Assists with the assembly and installation of sheet metal products. Works with various types of tools, materials and equipment under the guidance and direction from supervisor.

    Service Tech I - Plumbing

    The Service Tech I – Plumbing (entry level) is responsible for plumbing installation, maintenance and repair of large or small commercial or residential equipment. Reads blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal or water supply systems. Cuts, assembles and installs pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring). Installs and maintains water supply systems.

    Service Tech I - HVAC

    The Service Tech I – HVAC (entry level) performs inspections, testing, repairs, servicing, and planned maintenance of basic HVAC Systems.

    Building Tech II

    The Building Tech II (intermediate level) operates, monitors and maintains utilities, including HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) setup, maintenance and balancing, WFI (water for injection), purified water and process equipment. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications and safety policies. Develops, maintains and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools. Recommends purchase of maintenance tools, equipment and supplies as required to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Assists engineers in developing methods and procedures to control or improve facilities processes.
