Enrollment is growing at the University of Texas Permian Basin campus in Odessa, so much so that new food services options are required. TDIndustries worked with Chartwells Schools Dining Services to renovate and repair a commercial kitchen, which included a new “Mesa Market” convenience store.

Systems managed include Central Utility Plant with 10,520 tons and 13,485 total Chiller tonnage. TDindustries provides full facility operational management for all buildings and systems which includes general maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building automation systems, CCTV and card access systems.
