This project is a 160,000-square-foot expansion to an existing data center, including an additional, 80,000-square-foot data floor. The completed data center is 300,000 square feet. The expansion includes six data rooms that each have a 1.5MW capacity for a total of 9.0MW of critical power. The data center equipment includes six 2,500 KW generators and two 25kV services, a fuel oil system with 72 hours backup, six 1,100-ton heat exchangers, 12 York 550-ton chillers, and 12 BAC cooling towers. There is also an 11,085-square-foot administration center, which includes one 40-ton Variable Volume RTU.
