Bret Smart
Bret brings more than 15 years of energy industry experience, along with a strong background in leading teams and delivering outcomes. Before joining TD, Bret was responsible for the strategic development and growth of service businesses for a large, private E&P operator. Drawn by TD's focus on team concepts and servant leadership, he joined TD in 2020 and became Vice President for Central Texas Service in 2024 and added West Texas Service in 2025.
