TD also provides commercial building repair maintenance on demand and provides guidance and resources on growth strategy and capital construction improvements.

TDIndustries maintains the steam boiler system, the centrifugal chillers, the water treatment plant, the central pneumatic system and the cooling towers and pumping systems. TDIndustries led a construction project to replace a Variable Frequency Drive and pump in the central utility plant, as it had reached the end of its lifespan. The project was a custom design to ensure the new equipment works seamlessly with existing infrastructure and systems with no mission critical system downtime for upgrades. Quality, proactive equipment maintenance has kept 30-year-old parts and systems in use, with custom fittings designed to connect current infrastructure with new equipment.
