AMLI Fountain Place

Project Name: AMLI Fountain Place
Industry: Multifamily
Service: Construction

AMLI Fountain Place, located in Dallas, Texas, is a 47-story luxury high-rise offering 367 apartments in the city's vibrant epicenter. TD completed the entire plumbing scope at AMLI Fountain Place, utilizing a hybrid approach encompassing both commercial and multifamily design principles.

Fountain Place is the tallest residence and the only for-rent, high-rise living experience in the Dallas Arts District. This luxury apartment tower offers modern residences and penthouses with high-end finishes and world-class amenities. In addition, this monumental landmark is the sister building to the iconic Fountain Place Office Tower, constructed in 1987.

This project used a triplex booster pump, stainless piping and pex for the domestic water, and individual tank water heaters in each unit. In addition, due to the large scale of the project, TD incorporated building information modeling (BIM) technology to accurately puncture hundreds of sleeves into the concrete decks, which then impacted  construction of the building's built-in ductwork, electrical lines and more.

With TD's diverse portfolio of multifamily expertise, coupled with a design-assist project, TD was able to partner with the customer to deliver the most cost-effective solutions for the tallest building in Dallas in more than 25 years.
