TDIndustries provided design-assist mechanical and plumbing services for this innovative, urban style 121,000 sf five-story classroom and administrative space. The building also includes a market, café, bookstore and study space. This facility contained the valley’s first chilled beam installation including:

• 7 air handling units with chilled water and electric reheat on 100+ VAV boxes
• 170,000 pounds of sheet metal
• 2,000 feet of 14” chilled water lines
• 10 split systems
• 2 variable refrigerant flow systems
