The Brazoria County Courthouse Expansion Project demanded exceptional coordination, innovation and adaptability from TDIndustries. Located in the heart of an active civic center, the project involved modernizing the mechanical room of a 1940s-era building, renovating all five floors of a 1970s-era building, and constructing a new six-story administrative building — all while maintaining continuous operations across the three adjoining structures.

TDIndustries’ skilled team overcame several obstacles, including revoked and limited laydown space, significant engineering scope changes resulting in decommissioning existing mechanical equipment, supply chain disruption and logistical challenges due to continuous building use. Using innovative off-site prefabrication, BIM/ VDC, weekend work and cutting-edge tool tracking, TD delivered exceptional results, preserving the architectural identity and character of the original structures while integrating a technologically advanced new building into the center.
