Data Center Expansion

This project is a 160,000 sf expansion to an existing data center including an additional, 80,000 sf data floor. The completed data center is 300,000 sf. The expansion includes six data rooms that each have a 1.5MW capacity for a total of 9.0MW of critical power.

The data center equipment includes six 2,500 KW generators and two 25kV services, a fuel oil system with 72 hours backup, six 1,100 ton heat exchangers, 12 York 550-ton chillers, and 12 BAC cooling towers. There is also 11,085 sf administration center which includes one 40-ton Variable Volume RTU.
