A 233,557 square-foot office and manufacturing facility in Phoenix sustained severe damage after a powerful microburst storm spanning half a mile wide and two miles long. TDIndustries was able to respond immediately due to a service and maintenance contract with a longtime tenant. The team quickly identified extensive electrical and HVAC damage, including live wires and downed server systems, with most work concentrated in the 200,000 square-foot manufacturing area and additional repairs in the 40,000 square-foot office space.
