TDIndustries is providing mechanical, plumbing, controls and Firefighter Air Replenishment System (FARS) services, supporting the infrastructure that will enhance both building performance and guest experience.

The Miyako Hotel combines guest rooms, dining, conference space and back-of-house operations within a single high-rise structure, requiring extensive coordination among project teams and building systems. TDIndustries is delivering a fully modeled Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) project featuring Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) HVAC, Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS), Sovent plumbing and a Firefighter Air Replenishment System (FARS). To improve quality and efficiency, TD leveraged prefabrication through its Dallas manufacturing facilities, producing ductwork, piping and plumbing assemblies off-site for streamlined installation.
