TD’s campus-based team manages all work orders for Western Texas College’s 26-building, 500,000-square-foot campus, including The Coliseum at WTC, through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The scope encompasses HVAC mechanical, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, fleet maintenance, fire and life safety, cafeteria equipment and custodial services. TD also operates event services at The Coliseum and outdoor sporting arenas, providing seamless support for both daily operations and special events.
