Our Houston Office is Moving

Customers and Community Partners:

Our Houston team is moving to a new facility, and we have a few announcements:

• On Friday, February 17, 2017, the Houston office will be closed.
• From Friday the 17th until we re-open on Monday, February 20, 2017, our TDPartners in Houston will not have access to email or their desk phones. 
• Calls and text messages sent to mobile phones will function as normal. 
• Service calls from Houston customers will be routed to our Contact Center in Dallas. You will still speak with a live TDPartner able to assist with any requests, including emergencies, around the clock. 

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare to move to our new office. Business will resume from our new location on Monday, February 20, 2017. Please update your records accordingly:
