Forget what you know about women in construction: Bree Adams’ story is changing everything.
In a world where video is dominating the written word, TD’s blog about Bree is getting lots of attention. It's the first of many in our Women in Construction blog.
In fact, Bree's feature is now in second place for the company's most popular social media posts. Our February 2018 blog about making Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For List®” is currently in first place.
But that’s not all: her video interview on Facebook is getting lots of traffic and positive feedback as well.
It's no surprise why Bree's story is such a big hit: her experience with the THRIVE program is simply inspiring TD Partners and beyond.
“I love the fact that we were actually introduced beforehand so we kind of had an idea as to what to expect out in the work field,” Bree said in the video. “I love the fact that we actually got to do things hands on.”
“I’m really, really big on doing what we were called to do, what we were hired to do.” she continued. “So that was absolutely awesome.”
Bree will be joining the 9.1 percent of women that make up the U.S. construction industry. If TD Partners can help make her story go viral, that percentage could grow exponentially.
