21 Years of Recognition for Company Based on Servant Leadership and Trust
DALLAS, TX — For 21 consecutive years, TDIndustries has made Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list. Ranked #73, TDIndustries (TD) earns the additional accolade for making the list every year since the award’s inception in 1998.
The application consists of an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about the company’s programs, practices and culture. Great Place To Work® evaluates each application received using its own methodology based on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. This year, Great Place To Work® changed its formula, creating a percentage-based system. Even with the change, TD outperformed several large companies.
Great Place to Work® has discovered that employees believe they work for great organization when they consistently trust the people they work for, have pride in what they do and enjoy the people they work with. TD was named to the Great Place to Work Legends list in 2017, which consists of companies that had made the cut for all 20 years. TD has been as high as No. 2 on the list (1999) and has seen top-10 finishes seven times since the list’s inception.
