TDIndustries’ Valerie Juarez Receives Admin Award in Leadership

DALLAS—The Admin Awards honored TDIndustries Executive Assistant to the CTO, Valerie Juarez, with its Leadership Award. This year’s annual Admin Awards Live event was held virtually on Nov. 14.

Juarez, an 11-year Partner, continuously goes above the call of duty. Her commitment to develop herself and passion for leading others, earned her the individual award.

"Valerie truly embodies our core values by leading with a servant’s heart in all that she does,” Chief Technology Officer Steve Canter said. “She is the unofficial technology mentor for peers and associates and as a valued Partner within our organization, she inspires those around her through all that she does".

Valerie Juarez Admin AwardJuarez has more than two decades of experience as an administrative professional. She began her career with TD as a contract worker for the Construction Special Projects division. From there, she has grown to support members of senior leadership within TD.

Juarez is an exceptional example of how TD’s culture aligns with personal growth, making her a highly effective and invaluable Partner to the organization. She invested her development in IAAP and through hard work, Juarez became a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), and a trailblazer in TD history as the first administrative professional to achieve this title. Juarez has shown tremendous commitment to continuous learning and improvement, which has catapulted her professional development.

Exercising her leadership skills, Juarez led TD in developing and implementing the DocuSign signature platform across the organization. Once instituted, she took on the responsibility of integrating all TD Partners into the platform and provided the necessary training to be successful.

" I could not have achieved this success without the continuous support and trust of the TDAdmins and our organization," said Juarez. "To me, winning this award is not only a milestone, but also a moment to recognize how fear can sometimes be your best compass in finding your true north."

TD congratulates Juarez for this accolade, and for continuing to lead with a servant’s heart.
