Jennifer Wyman's Career from the Army to TDIndustries

Serving one’s country is part of a longstanding family tradition for Jennifer Wyman. She served in the US Army from 2001-2004.

After being honorably discharged, she began the transition to the civilian world – a critical time in any veteran’s life. Through her temporary staffing agency, she came to TDIndustries and began her career in the accounts payable department. At the time, TD was building the University of Phoenix stadium, a landmark project in Arizona.

Despite her limited exposure to the mechanical industry and working mostly in an administrative capacity, several senior leaders mentored Jennifer and taught her about the construction industry. She demonstrated immense drive and potential. They took her to jobsites and introduced her to the field operations side of the business.

“I had never been a part of a company like [TDIndustries] before.”

Jennifer says that the family environment and atmosphere of teamwork drew her in, adding “I had never been a part of a company like that before.”

Fast forward twelve years as a TDPartner, and Jennifer’s career has grown into a leadership role as Office Manager of the Arizona operations. She leads a team and extends the same helping hand to each TDPartner that she received – both in the military and at TD.

TDIndustries thanks Jennifer for her service to our country and her continued partnership as a TDPartner.
