TD Hires Gary Roden As VP of Dallas Business Development

TDIndustries announces the hire of Vice President Gary Roden, an experienced leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth construction community, to guide TD’s relationship with North Texas businesses.

Roden, well known in all construction and design circles, brings wisdom gained from his 35 years in the mechanical design and construction industries. Beyond his extensive background in mechanical engineering, architecture, controls and automation, and general contracting, he brings countless business relationships with him to TDIndustries. At Trane, he developed the controls and automation business. He later was the President of Aguirre Roden, a full-service firm handling architecture, MEP design, general contracting, and program management. His understanding of both design and construction will provide valuable savings to TDIndustries’ customers.

“Roden’s ability to collaborate with a diversity of backgrounds, including owners, architects, engineers, and contractors brings an insight that is unique and will greatly enhance our Lean delivery process, which is key in construction today,” said Mike Kotubey, TDIndustries’ North Texas President. “His relational experience is phenomenal.”

Roden is a Texas A&M University graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering. He has served in various capacities including serving as the national chairman of the Associated Builders and Contractors organization. He currently serves on the Coppell City Council and with the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
