TD Welcomes New Director of Inclusion

One of TD’s Core Values is Celebrating the Power of Individual Differences. Throughout its history, TDPartners have consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to diversity to all the communities in which they live, work, and serve.

Alicia Moore image - latestTo help support its continuous goal of being an inclusive and diverse organization, TD is proud to welcome its newest champion on this front: Director of Inclusion Alicia Moore.

Moore brings more than 10 years of experience implementing successful community engagement, diversity & inclusion, and change management initiatives. She joins TD from Parkland Health & Hospital System, where she was the program manager for diversity, inclusion and health equity. Prior to joining Parkland, Moore was the program coordinator for community engagement at Froedtert Health in Wisconsin, where she managed educational outreach and cultural programming to address social determinants of health.

In her career, Moore has delivered effective results by combining diversity strategies with a Servant Leadership approach, to assist organizations in achieving effective and sustainable Inclusion outcomes.

"Alicia understands the importance of diversity and inclusion to an organization's culture, and we are thrilled to welcome her to TD," said Steve Cunningham, Chief People Officer. "She is effective at cultivating relationships and promoting change, and she will be a great addition in helping further our inclusion efforts and culture at TD."

A Wisconsin native, Moore holds a bachelor's degree from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. She will office at TD’s corporate headquarters in Dallas.
