DALLAS - (May 19, 2021) – TDIndustries, Inc. (TD) deepens its commitment to diversity and inclusion each year, recently naming Mark Joseph to lead its strategic initiatives as TD’s Director of Inclusion. With more than 25 years of experience, Joseph has worked in multiple industries such as manufacturing, aviation, commercial real estate and global government services, giving her a unique understanding of companies' diverse hiring needs. Joseph will work out of TD’s headquarters in Dallas, Texas.

"We are excited and fortunate to have Mark as our Director of Inclusion," said TD Chief People Officer Steve Cunningham. "She has such a talent for creating inclusive environments, and she will help TD accelerate our inclusion and diversity initiatives as we seek to celebrate the power of individual differences in all that we do.”

TD has a long history and deep commitment to diversity in the communities where Partners live, work and serve, going back to founder Jack Lowe, Sr., who was a longtime supporter of Dallas ISD and crucial in the desegregation process of Dallas schools. Joseph will advise senior leaders on how to layer inclusion throughout the Partners’ career journey in order to attract, recruit, promote, develop and retain talent. In addition, her expertise and leadership will enhance TD’s efforts to become an employer of choice for individuals looking for a career in the mechanical engineering, construction and facility services industry.

"I have always had a passion for helping people and am driven by spending time learning about people, celebrating others, mentoring youths, career coaching, collaborating and bringing people together," said TD Director of Inclusion Mark Joseph. "I want everyone to be treated fairly and equitably, feel respected and valued regardless of who they are. Diversity and inclusion is organic for me, it’s only fitting that I contribute my passions to my new role of Director of Inclusion at TD.”

An alumna of Prairie View A&M University, Joseph has been successful at forming strong relationships and partnerships within the community. She has a true passion for mentoring and advising youths and women. She finds joy in sharing her knowledge on life skills, personal development and career path coaching.
