TDIndustries’ Vice President of San Antonio Construction Justin Beard Honored in San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards

TDIndustries, Inc. (TD) is proud to share that Justin Beard, a 16-year Partner, has been named a 40 Under 40 Award Winner by the San Antonio Business Journal.

Justin is the Vice President of San Antonio Construction where he is currently responsible for all of TD’s pre-construction, construction and service activity in the San Antonio area.

The San Antonio Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards are presented to professionals under 40 years old who have demonstrated excellence in business, leadership and community involvement. In San Antonio, 40 recipients have been awarded this honor and will be recognized at a virtual event in March 2021 along with a feature in an upcoming issue of the San Antonio Business Journal.

Justin began his TD career over 16 years ago with the Dallas Construction team after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2004. In 2006, Justin was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, and then Project Manager in 2008 after moving back to his hometown of San Antonio. Justin's hard work and impressive results led to his promotion to Senior Project Manager in 2012 and eventually Operations Manager for all construction projects in 2016. In 2018, he added San Antonio field production to his responsibilities, and he became the Construction Team Leader in early 2019 before being promoted to Vice President over all San Antonio operations in October 2019.

"It has been a pleasure to work with Justin and witness his many accomplishments,” said TD President, Graham Moore. “In addition to running a highly successful business, contributing to the betterment of our industry and giving back to his community, Justin also finds time to be a continuous learner. Over his years at TD, he has completed numerous executive level training programs at some of the most respected institutions in the country.”

Justin is passionate about helping children and raising awareness about other post-secondary education options after high school, with some opportunities available during high school. His involvement with the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio allows him to give back to the San Antonio community while providing skilled trade career opportunities and mentorship to club members as they identify next steps after high school.

Justin also helps support TD’s apprenticeship program as well as an internship program that helps young adults transition into the industry, generate a sustaining income and pursue a college education, if desired, after completing the program.
