Terry Baker Celebrates 20 Years with TD!

TDIndustries is proud of the thousands of TDPartners who have built lifelong careers, making TD a truly great workplace and contributing to their local communities along the way. Terry's story, celebrating his 20th work anniversary with TD, is below. TerryBaker_20.jpg

Terry Baker, a Sr. Superintendent in our Dallas office, celebrates 20 years with TDIndustries. As a well-regarded TDPartner by both fellow TDPartner and customer alike, Terry spent the past two decades building a successful career at TD.

His career began in TD’s manufacturing shop working with both sheet metal and piping. After graduating from TD’s on-the-job trade skills program TDTech, Terry worked with our Multifamily team in Denver, CO. Currently, Terry works in the Dallas area and has contributed to several of our most prominent projects in the area like UT Southwestern William P. Clements University Hospital and Fossil’s corporate headquarters. Terry maintains his licenses for HVAC, plumbing, and med gas endorsement, and is EPA-certified. His penchant for learning and passion for education extend to his work with the North Texas Construction Education Foundation (CEF). There, he trains others in the sheet metal trade and is chairman of both the Sheet Metal Council and Craft Championship program.

His vast knowledge of the trades and construction processes have afforded Terry a reputation as a knowledgeable resource and a helpful TDPartner. Customers are comfortable discussing difficult issues or concerns with Terry, and he works with them to answer questions and find solutions. Terry is also effective in building strong teams and keeping his projects on time, within budget, and safe – truly a win-win-win for everyone!

Terry’s ties to TD are strong, including the fact that his mother and brother are both TDPartners as well.
