Texas Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center

Scottish Rite’s Frisco campus was the first major expansion from its home building in downtown Dallas. The campus, designed with stunning views of Lake Lewisville, offers medical care for children, athletes, and their families, allowing the TD team to make an immediate impact in the surrounding community.

For the TD team, this project was not only a chance to build a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, but ensure a mission-critical campus sustained its operations to continue delivering care for patients without disruption. 

For this 347,000 sf facility, the TD team delivered design-assist services for mechanical and plumbing processes, keeping in mind its likely growth into a hospital within the next decade. Through early and constant collaboration from the lead designer to the project managers, TD helped the entire project team create additional value.
